- Thursday, 5 February: Nice-style cod stew, Ganses
- Saturday, 7 February: Gnocchi with sage butter, Ganses
- Friday, 13 February: Stuffed sardines, Fresh pasta with Menton lemon
- Saturday, 14 February: Capoun, Swiss chard pie (fully booked)
- Friday, 20 February: Pissaladière, Alouette sans tête (beef) (fully booked)
- Thursday 26 February: Grilled peppers in bagna cauda, Cannelloni with tomato sauce
- Friday 27 February: Ravioli with daube sauce, Jam tart
- Saturday 28 February: Ganses, Apple fritters, Swiss chard pie, Jam tart
Exceptionally, several courses are available for early booking!
