- Friday, 20 March: Socca, fougassoun (with Swiss chard), apple fritters
- Saturday, 21 March: Peloton (Nice-style meatballs), jam tart
- Saturday, 28 March: La Macarounau de la Vallée de la Tinée (penne and vegetables), Ganses
Exceptionally, several courses are available for early booking!
